Ok, here goes. Sorry, it's slow going. Walking hurts now, throw in ice and it's not much better.
Texas Caviar:
2 cans black eyed peas, drained
1 can white acre peas, drained
2 medium tomatoes, chopped
1 medium bell pepper, chopped fine
1 medium red onion, chopped fine
1/2 cup chopped pickled jalepeno pepper
1/2 cup fresh parsley, chopped
16oz italian dressing
mix all in a large bowel, soak overnight, then drain.

velvetta and rotel (aka "heart attack in a bowl")
1 large block of Velveeta cheese
2 cans original Rotel diced tomatoes
Cut the cheese into 1 inch cubes. Place cheese in crock pot and melt on medium heat. When cheese is almost melted, add undrained rotel tomatoes.
*you can put sausage in here if you want, just brown it, let it drain, mix in.
