Four Beans Salad
19 oz can cut green beans
19 oz can cut wax (yellow) beans
19 oz can red kidney beans
19 oz can chick peas
1 green pepper, chopped
½ small oignon, chopped
3 tbsp parsley
1 sweet roasted pimento
drain beans and chick peas
put all ingredients in salad bowl
prepare sauce by mixing together :
½ cup white wine vinager with tarragon
½ vegetable oil
½ cup sugar
1 tsp salt
½ tsp pepper
¼ tsp basil
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp dried mustard powder
4 drops of tabasco
*pour over salad and mix lightly so as not to break the beans.
*refrigerate for 4 hours or more, bring sauce to the top a few times
*drain the salad to get rid of the extra sauce.
