I actually made the granola bar ones from Gourmet Nutrition for JP to sample. Thought about trying applesauce instead of the sugar free syrup.
Think they'd be more like granola and less like bars if I didn't process 1/2 the oats into flour? Or would they be too wet? I like the texture of keeping the oats whole.
I think I'll try these for my beach week road trip food.
