You don't need to and my response was simply a reply regarding your asumption about # of recipes. I'm a pretty happy consumer of the book.
Speaking of which I made the Granola Bars yestrerday and they rock (again)! 18 grams of protein per serving, and only 240 kcals. My father-in-law came over and I asked him to try some and then he was cutting out pieces and taking them home with him. My kids were also nibbling on it. It IS really tasty!!
