quite a few give macro breakdowns and depending on your definition of "clean eating" they can obviously be hit or miss. I've never seen another book or e-book specifically geared towards a bodybuilding type lifestyle. Which as already said it's greatist boon...so it meets the goal of what it set out to do (as said).
again, I'm not saying not to by it or that what it contains is poor. I *personally* don't feel like it was worth $30. $20 mabey. If it came with an update, then mabey. As is, no.
I'm a little confused on why I have to defend my oppinion?
