1lb of lean beef cut into thin stips
1/2 onion diced
2 tbs whole wheat flour
1 can low sodium beef broth
1 tbs dried mustard
1 tbs pepper
dash of kosher salt
3 chopped up mini gerkin pickles
2 tbs reduced fat sour cream
brown beef and onions together, about halfway through the browning process add flour cooking combo for 5min.
add enough broth constantly stirring to make a slightly thick sauce. add your spices and pickles, cook untill it's at your desired consistancy. remove from heat, just before serving stir in sour cream.
