You have to try this!! You won't be disappointed! Was given to me by a friend and im addicted!!
1 Can Albacore tuna (drained and rinsed)
1/4 Cup Plain Fat Free Yogurt (or enough for desired consistency) (I used Dannon Light and Fit)
1/2 Cup Chopped Celery
1/8 Cup Dried Cranberries (or dried blueberries, high in antioxidants. Or even dried apricots)
1 Tbsp Dijon Mustard
Pepper to taste
Mix all ingredients well... and enjoy wrapped in some romaine lettuce leaves (or a pita or bread if you want, but the calories below do not take into account the bread)... DELISH!! I know that the combo of these ingredients sounds a bit weird, but trust me, soooo good
The above yields approx 275 calories (if made with the cranberries), practically no fat (less than 3 gr) and packed with protein!!
