My lunchtime favorite, right now, is to mix a can of tuna with a cup of 1% cottage cheese. I usually throw in some garlic, green onions, and black pepper. If you dont mind eating the carbs you can make a sandwich or wrap out of too.
I have some "pickled" habanero garlic gloves that are awesome to mash into the mix. My wife hates this recipe btw...cant figure out why? garlic tuna breath??
