This is one that I have (not sure if it is on the above listed page or not)

Heat a nonstick skillet with 1 tbsp olive oil over medium-high heat.

Add 1/2 can (2 oz.) white tuna in water, drained.
(Optionally, add chopped frssh spinach or other veggies, but it'll lose its mac & cheesiness)

Flake into small pieces with wood/plastic spoon.

Season with black pepper, salt and spices. My favorite so far is McCormack's Montreal Chicken (skip the salt when using this), Wasabi powder and red pepper flakes.

When tuna appears heated and oil is semi-absorbed, add 1/4 cup egg whites (or 2-3 whites and a whole egg) and REDUCE heat to medium-low.

Add 2 slices of fat free cheddar, torn into strips.
Scramble together until mixture is fairly homogenous.

Stats (with no yolks)
300 cal
15g fat, 2g saturated
5g carb
35g protein

Prep time: under 10 mins.

It tastes like Mac & Cheese !
