Double cheese broccoli
that's a real easy one

three cups of broccoli, just put in the microwave with some water and a bit of butter, leave on high in a covered container for about 8 minutes, then take out the brocolli, move it on a plate, put some grated cheese on top (I like cheddar and parmesan combination, any meltable cheese will do-about 4 spoons of grated cheese and 2 of parmesan) and put back in for another 30 seconds (till melted). Keep all ingerients natural and enjoy.
