Batch 3: Original Extra Protien PB Cookie
1 cup peanut butter
1 cup granulated Splenda
2 whole eggs
6 tablespoons vital wheat gluten flour
Per cookie (1 of 36), 55 Calories, 2.5 Carb, 4.1g Fat, 2.9g Protein.
They aren't really significantly different, nutritionally, I know. I'd like to put in more gluten, but I'm afraid that they might be too cakey and dry.
