Great stuff Dave, I tried this last night and really liked it! I was amazed at how salty the cottage cheese was and had to add a lot of splenda.

I was thinking of not adding the whey next time. I really didn't need extra protein and wondered if you have ever tried it that way. Also, I would recommend adding the protein later in the blending process through the feeder tube. I almost killed my blender with the thickness at the start.

Heck now that I'm thinking about it this could be made using any pudding mix...Banana, Butterscotch, Lemon..Yum! thanks for the recipe!
