Ok, im gonna post this one that my mom and i made tonight.
Get the following items and throw it in a big baking pan or dish:
jumbo shrimp
scallops
cut up tomato
cut up red and green bell peppers
mushrooms
low fat feta cheese
fresh basil
spray some Fat free Pam in the baking dish and throw it in the oven. I really love it, hopefully you all will too [img]smile.gif[/img]
