Damn Johnka, those sound pretty good, I will have to try a bunch out this summer/next year. I have a question/challenge for you. All summer, I work on a lake for around 12-16 hours a day. All this time I don't have access to a fridge or microwave. I can keep stuff cold in a cooler, so thats not as big of a problem, but varying my food and finding things to eat is the problem. You have any ideas for me? They don't have to be perfect P+C or P+F, just any good recipies that would stay just being cold and wouldn't suck that way.
