That blows, but bones heal. The fracture doesn't look particularly nasty (take it from someone who has seen quite a few). You'll need some time to let it heal, but you should be able to make it back to full strength. In the meantime, don't quit working out. You can do limited workouts despite the broken wing (I dislocated my shoulder last fall, but still hit the gym and did whatever I could) --- this will help you from losing too much muscle.
