Sorry to jump on the bandwagon but would like to bang in an introductory post also. I am currently based in England but have been in a bit slack in the training department for the last 2 years since my return from 1 1/2 years living in California. I hope that with my sport science experience I will be able to help others in the future as i have in the past (various user ID's) I will be posting soon for a routine that will seriously kick my ass (weight, measurements and current strengths will be included)
