One of the 5 or 6 back extension thingies at my gym is very adjustable. I was able to make it level and adjust things to approximate a GHR setup. If only there was more padding! Ouch! Anyhow, they were really hard. I might try them on a ball next time. They ball looks like it would be easier on the quads.
OMG!!! I used to do those all the time...I completely forgot about those! God, they'll kick your ass! Good stuff...thanks!
