I just found this site this is good info. Iam skinny guy I been working out at the gym. But can not afford it anymore with other bills I have to pay. I been working out at home doing push ups I seen my chest get some size to it better then when I was work out at the gym what other things sould I do I only have barbell. Thanks for the info on eating I used to weight 120lbs I just weigh myself I gain 5lbs. this is good info.
