Wow, that was defintely a great post....a lot i already knew but sometimes u gotta just see it written to follow it! About the amount of time spent in the gym....I have a habit where I spend at least 2 hours in the gym...it always just so happens i finish 2 hours after i start...i am pretty advanced and have an above average body...I am bulking now, but no skinny ectomorph...is it possible that your body can eventually adapt to the amount of time u spend in the gym?
